Linda Carter

After 10 years of merchandising in the clothing business for surf oriented sportswear, Linda decided to change careers. She received her real estate license in 1980 and dedicated herself to helping buyers and sellers. In 1990, she began working with John. Linda is currently working with staff to provide a strong support system for the Veytia Group. Linda spends her spare time cycling, swimming and caring for her two dogs, Coco Chanel and Picasso, and John's eight grandchildren.

Philip has worked in the service industry for the past nine years. Understanding what it means to be part of a team is a lot of what makes him “both a pleasure and an absolute charm to work with.” Prior to leaving his homeland of Ireland, he was a member of two racing teams. Along with managing the pit crews, he would also drive. Knowing how to reach and achieve your goals in the quickest and less stressful manner is his goal!
